First, you need to understand that we are a sales organization. That means our entire company is dedicated to supporting your efforts. We hand-selected our industry knowledgeable management team in the areas of Sales, Operations and Finance to ensure your time is spent building and managing your customer portfolio. If you’ve had prior sales experience, you know the importance of a strong support team.
Next, we developed an aggressive, wealth-building compensation plan that promotes and rewards performance. Our sales positions offer generous new-hire bonuses, no commission caps and lifetime residuals that pay you long after you stop selling. We anticipate our average employee will earn a six-figure income after two years in the position.

What else can you expect from us? From day one, you will be assigned to an experienced Sales Director who has a track record of helping Account Managers in this industry earn six-figure incomes. We will provide the classroom and field training you need to succeed, along with a comprehensive product portfolio that enables you to truly play a consultative role with your prospects. So many times, Account Managers are left to fend for themselves after the first few days in the position. At Indigo, we all have a vested interest in your success and we will do everything possible to make your transition a smooth one.
What do we expect from you in return? Really, it’s quite simple. Indigo Payments employees have ethics and integrity in every business transaction. We want you to always act in a customer’s best interest. That means taking the time to recommend the products and services that will most benefit our clients. It also means never overselling. In fact, if we can’t improve a customer’s current processing relationship, we’d rather you find another prospect.
Next, you have to be self-motivated and willing to do your part. There is a direct correlation between effort and rewards. If you want to earn a six-figure income in two years or less, you’ll have to work 50 hours per week. During that time, you’ll knock on 40-50 doors per day and analyze at least ten statements per week. Then you’ll need to close three or four of those prospects, every single week. You decide the hours you’ll work. If you prefer to take a Monday off, you can always knock on doors Saturday. If you are on track to write 12 or more deals and want a three or four-day weekend, that’s fine too.
