The INDIGO Management Team

In March 2007, Erik Hendricks and Linda Kelley formed Indigo Payments with the goal of delivering a different kind of experience for both customers and employees of the company.  Today’s market of 5,000,000 small businesses in the United States is very diverse and served in a fragmented manner.  With processors, Independent Sales Organizations, banks and agent bank programs vying for the same customer base, many companies do not take the time to educate customers about their choices or develop custom solutions.  By creating an organization that is committed to acting as a customer’s advocate, we can deliver an exceptional customer experience for every single Indigo Payments customer.

Erik Hendricks,
Chief Executive Officer

Prior to forming Indigo Payments, Hendricks was Chief Executive Officer of RBS Lynk.  Hendricks joined RBS Lynk in August 1998 as Controller.  He later held roles of Vice President of Finance and Administration and  Chief Financial Officer and President and Chief Operating Officer  before being named Chief Executive Officer in September 2004.  In 9 years, under Hendricks leadership, revenues grew from $60 million to $300 million, the company successfully raised operating capital through venture capital investment and traditional bank financing, and the successful sale of the business to Royal Bank of Scotland for $525 million.

Prior to RBS Lynk, Hendricks served as Controller, Vice President of Finance and ultimately Chief Financial Officer for Star Imaging/Colorbus.  In three years, under his leadership, revenues grew from $3 million to $50 million.  He saw the company through a multitude of acquisitions, joining RBS Lynk when the company relocated to California.  Hendricks began his career in the audit and tax department of Deloitte & Touche, one of the four largest accounting firms in the world.

Hendricks is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, Columbia with a B.S. in business administration, accounting and a Master’s of Taxation.  Hendricks is a Certified Public Accountant and a John C. Muse Memorial Fellow.

Linda Kelley,
President

Kelley joined RBS Lynk in February 2002.  Prior to forming Indigo Payments, Kelley was Sr. Vice President of Regional Sales at RBS Lynk.  As SVP of Regional Sales, Kelley was instrumental in making the business unit the largest and most profitable for the company. Overseeing a 500+ person team, Kelley implemented key marketing and sales strategies that resulted in significant year over year revenue and profitability growth.

Prior to RBS Lynk, Kelley was Director of Sales for Sprint Corporation in the Southeast.  Kelley joined Sprint as a sales rep in Springfield, Illinois and quickly rose through the ranks to become one of the Sprint’s most recognized sales leaders.  Her teams consistently ranked as the top performers in the nation, and Kelley was tasked to develop best practices for sales teams throughout the country.  Before joining Sprint, Kelley served as a television news anchor and public affairs reporter for CBS affiliates in Illinois.

Kelley received a B.A. in Journalism from Northern Illinois University and a Master’s of Journalism from Sangamon State University.
